Why You Can't Wake Up?

By Leo Gura - April 8, 2025

This is another example of an “enlightened” Buddhist meditator getting Awakening wrong.

The realization of God is not “more mind content”. This is Buddhist nonsense.

The entire point of Awakening is that you do in fact get absolute ontological truth. Awakening IS access to the world in and of itself, independent of perception.

This person calls himself enlightened but does not understanding ontology or what Absolute Truth means.

God is not “a belief” in “feeling quality”. Buddhism is a rationalization of a lack of consciousness of God.

Again, this so-called enlightenment is just more self-deception and shows you just how dangerous meditation teachings are. God-Realization requires understanding of what the fuck you are doing, not just meditating mindlessly like a fool. There is not God-Realization without understanding. The fundamental problem with meditation is that it reduces away understanding, thinking that it can get away without thinking. But of course the Buddhist is still thinking about the results of this meditation, just thinking poorly and self-deceptively. You cannot solve the problem of self-deception by not thinking. That is just another self-deception. Even after your enlightenment you still have to make sense of it. And you will fail to make sense of it by thinking improperly.

Ontological understanding is absolutely fundamental to Awakening and God-Realization. This is why the pursuit of enlightenment for purposes of no-self or “liberation” from suffering is not good enough. You can theoretically liberate yourself from suffering or enter states of bliss, or reach states of total cessation, but that does not mean you have ontological understanding of reality. The goal is not happiness, liberation from suffering, emotional mastery, nor bliss, nor cessation, nor no-self. The goal is pure ontological understanding of reality. Everything else is secondary. If you get your goal wrong, you get God wrong. When you get God wrong, everything else wrong follows.

God-Realization cannot be reduced to “a flow of arbitrary phenomenological signals” or “phenomenological presentation” or “qualia processes” or “the ephemeral play of the mind” or “mind content” or “convincing sensory impressions” or “a special experience” or “informational content” or “a story in the dream”. If that’s what you think God is, you’re very wrong. God-Realization uses phenomenological experience as a medium, but is not reducible to it, nor deconstructable into see-hear-feel or any other kind of phenomenological primitives. The Buddhist attempt to deconstruct God or get underneath God is to misunderstand God.

God is so sneaky that it invented Buddhism to keep itself from realizing itself.

If this work didn’t yield Absolute unfiltered ontological Truth, I wouldn’t do it. Anyone who thinks this work is mere phenomenology doesn’t get it.
