Understanding Is Prior To Science

Scientists are so brainwashed with the dogmas of empiricism that they forget that it is possible to understand Reality through direct experience and contemplation alone. It is the case that you can know true things about Reality without using any scientific method. Scientists forget this. You know that you exist. This knowledge did not come from science. If no one taught you science, you would still absolutely know that you exist. Which shows you that science is not fundamental to knowing or understanding. Obviously it isn’t, since humans have been understanding Reality without science for a very long time. If science was required to understand Reality, humans would not be able to understand anything because children could not have enough understanding to generate sanity. Scientists have no clue how much understanding a child requires just to construct human sanity. Understanding has nothing to do with science. Understanding is way more fundamental. You could not read a children’s book without understanding. All of science cannot explain how you are able to understand a children’s book. Without this understanding, there could be no science.

Just your ability to understand: “The cat sat on the mat”, is more profound and more important than all of science.
