HBO made a 9-part documentary about the NXIVM cult called The Vow. Watch it if you want to understand how cults work. NXIVM is a case study.

You will notice that I do not run Actualized.org like NXIVM, even though I easily could. I could use Actualized.org to extract money and sex. I don’t. Why don’t I? Because the point of this work is pure understanding of reality, and extracting money and sex is a distraction from that. Money and sex are not important, what’s important is understanding reality.
