Here’s a powerful office hack. Never use InkJet printers. They are terribly unreliable and the ink just bleeds money.

Instead, spend more money up front to invest in a laser printer. The laser toners are a thousands times more reliable than ink carts. And very high capacity.

Here’s the laser printer I use. It’s the smallest footprint color laser printer I could find. Ideal for a small home office.

I’ve used this printer for 5 years and it has never failed on me. The toner is clean and easy to replace. The toner has a huge capacity for pages, it can print thousands of pages without changing, without clogging. It does photo-copying. It does scanning.

You don’t have to buy that specific model. Buy any model you want. Just make sure it is laser. And whatever you do, never ever buy anything made by HP. HP is pure evil.

If you are still using ink printers, you are living in Hell.

Note: Laser printers are not good if you are printing pages that require high color accuracy, like photographs. Laser color quality is lower than InkJet. Laser printers are intended for printing documents.
