Quadrant 2 Activities: Key Points
A quadrant 2 activity is one that is important to your life, but not urgent. Success is built by maximizing quadrant 2 activities while minimizing the other quadrants: 1
Quadrant 1 activities sound like the ones you should be focused on, but No! You don't want to have a lot of urgent activities, regardless of whether they're important or not. Urgent activities mean that you are reacting to life. Instead, you should be creating your life. Creation happens in Quadrant 2, where you are able to quietly and methodically focus on the most important things for you personal and professional development.
