What is Positive Thinking?
The idea that you must train yourself to think positively and eliminate all negative thinking from your day.
Why is it Important?
Successful, happiness people are generally optimists. When you're optimistic you are more persistent and you feel better about everything. You cannot be happy if you frequently have negatively thoughts.
