Your way of thinking is just so utterly stupid, you don't realize it yet. There is no patterning and atoms are not ultimate reality, there is no absolute way to find a pattern to the universe, it's way more intelligent than that. Therefore comparing body to a mechanical human made object is just so reductive it's sad to see you think this way of your body. There is no point wasting time to even try to explain, open your mind first a little and realize that longevity comes from love and joy, just as everything meaningful in existence, and the other way round, not from calculating. Body is meant to live, without living there is no joy, healthy and aligned exercise brings aliveness, to put it overly simply.
