Thank you @Shin I am in a very different place right now, that's right, it's all in our mind. Irritation disappeared right away since it was just masking sadness, then all the sensation was the pressure on my sinuses and throat, but when I was able put the attention on top of my head, I felt bliss

This was one of my best sessions as well! I had a mind blowing realisation - I was sniffing air again, instead of using my diaphragm, so I made sure to start "breathing in that good ass prana" again ! I feel so awake now, I just feel awesome. Thank you guys, it might've been one of your love magic spells!!!

@Dodoster did you not say that you gonna go for 8 hours meditation this Saturday? I couldn't find your post. Not this weekend but like 3 weekends later if you want to do that again, I like to join you. I can't go that far but, couple of hours.

Im going to try yes. I will sit on the bed, not in meditative posture,  because my feet will just die otherwise ?

Come on how hard can it be! 8 hours of the pure self? Im excited!

3 weekends in advance its too far away to think about ?

My plan is to question the shit out of the one who wants to quit!! Or the one that is restless, or the one that is pussying out. 

Only if I find that one, I will have enough of a discovery to quit

Then I will call Mooji and Rupert and tell them I found the self as an object ?

I saw through many of my personas. I will need to do a burning of some of the suits.

Let's die of personas together and reach the true self!
