Are there courses how to deal with difficult customers?

I'm struggling with one customer who has irrational demands. Being nice to such people are seen as a weakness. That is what I learned but he is getting on my nerves and I'm afraid I will lash out very soon.

The only reason that I don't is because my business is going great and I don't want to ruin it. I understand power versus force and I read all of of Hawkins books. He basically says to not get involved with the 5% psychopath customers and I thought about it and it totally makes sense. 

I'm making so much money that I just take my product back and give his money back but there is ego and pride involved. I just want to fuck him up so bad but that would give me a bad reputation. And I would have to look out because he knows where u live. If he didn't I would already know what to do.

Lol. 

You know the OG marketer Dan Kennedy? For his digital products he has a rule; refunds in the morning. The old rule is to always refund the customer so they don't have any ammo (to leave a bad review for example), then just move on.
