There's no gym for your face.  And plastic surgery doesn't count because you need that good foundation already or you'll look absolutely insane.

Only if it is badly done or over-done.

Like makeup, you have to be subtle about it, otherwise you turn yourself into a clown.

But as a guy you almost certainly don't need surgery on your face.

Sometimes.  It can improve someone if they think they have only like 1 flaw or if they have a deformity of some kind. 

Most of the time, it turns into uncanny valley.  And when they age, the plastic surgery doesn't catch up at the same rate so they start to look like aliens.

Maybe, personally I’ve never seen an improvement due to plastic surgery. Generally the only improvement is in the eye of the one that did the plastic surgery cause they are so obsessed and focused on « fixing » what they believe to be ugly on themselves.

Ana Kasparian got a nose job and she looks way better now. Her nose was really bad before.

But again, do not get distracted. If you guys are micro-worrying about your looks you have lost the plot. The real solution is to transcend caring about your looks.

Leila Hormozi had a nose job and it was well worth it ( she had brows done and other stuff as well though)

Yes it's brutal, but plastic surgery is effective and maybe twice as much for women 

 

Don't go full MJ or Simon Cowell though

This kind of thinking is very vulnerable to selection bias, because you only ever notice the bad plastic surgery.

True but not like you absolutely never notice it. You can notice Botox by that shiny aspect it gives their skin, and very often in celebs the fact that they are unrealisticly attractive and symetrical is the giveaway for plastic surgery. I quite often look up their before and after pics just for the thrill

But yeah you mostly notice the bad plastic surgery

men ask, what can you do for my reputation and my libido

if you can do plenty and i will look good because you look good, i will sign on whatever dotted line and look after you

she wants the best lifestyle she can garner based on her physical assets and the guys who are chasing her

he wants to be respected as having it all and for that she is sought tirelessly as an indispensable part

looks truly are nothing ... there is nobody looking good when they wake up in the morning ... looks are about how long you spend in front of the mirror and choosing your outfits at the mall and getting tanned and toned

anyone can be a looker, man or woman, but it's a minor piece of the puzzle, and all that counts is the above

Let's admit lol, where I am the majority of people (myself included) have small noses, so I don't really have a frame of reference.
