Ejaculation makes me weak

29 posts in this topic

I have been doing sexual transmutation for months and it gave me a lot in terms of health, wealth, fitness and spiritual development.

Last week I did sin and busted a nut. Luckily it was not porn and masturbation but with a girl. Three times in total and since then I feel weak and almost depressed. Any others who notice this?

I can see this in others too. Especially people who bust a lot of nut have this worn out and depressed vibe. It is not weird because the body is depleted and needs to renourish and repair.

I’m not happy that I sinned but I have learned so much from it. I have seen the importance of sexual transmutation. Although sacrifices need to be made for sexual transmutation: exchanging animal lust for love. It is totally worth it. It paid me so much in wealth, health and spirit that I’m only more dedicated to it (God).

Just in few months I went from a lousy income to very high income. From being average in sport to higher performer. From being smart to even being smarter. And so on. But now that I busted nuts I don’t want to do anything.

Interesting source if you want to study the subject…

This topic belongs in the relationship, sexuality section.

This has nothing to do with relationships. Main topic is sexual transmutation and health.

I absolutely never felt tired after cuming, this story seems strange.

I believe that the more you deprive yourself of enjoyment, the more you project it outwards.
Oh wait, duality is an illusion.

The mind is very powerful. We don't realize how we're transforming our Reality through our beliefs and that we give power to things as nothing has any power on its own. It's like magic.

Maybe he is richer in prolactin, something like that.

(Yes, the pharmacist is back, humm)

In fact I believe that I have a very strong ego (in the psychiatric-spiritual sense of the term), and that this is partly what caused my insomnia to a large extent.

This gave rise to a paradox where sexual excitement or even stress sedated me and actually helped me sleep, because it was disempowering.
When the orgasm comes, after that I want to do things again, even if it's as trivial as going in circles.

I also eat a diet quite rich in zinc, which can greatly reduce prolactin.

@Schizophonia you might be a freak of nature then. Recovery period for men after sex is actually common knowledge in biology. You might be an exception which is good for you.

I think jerking off keep you seperated. How can God cum thinking about someone else. The first time i cum when I was 11 I had panic attack and it felt like i was dying it was the beggining of seperation. I see a video of someone talking about porn addiction and they said that it was a seperation because its something you keep secret from everyone else and you become dishonest with God.

Agreed. People who abuse the sexual function have a certain vibe. I can recognize it from a mile.

It's not that I enjoy endlessly, it's that I have no loss of energy.

Maybe there is something else going on with your health. Had you checked out yourself? Like your blood levels and such?

I had dealt with porn addiction and masturbation and that only happens to me when I do it MANY times on a day. If you’re being productive, maybe doing your LP, this issue shouldn’t matter much really cuz what can we do after we nut? We move on with our day. And if you do NoFap, eventually fluid will come out of your dick and that’s normal.

Before I was like that, trying to avoid to cum but, some people are more sexual than others so, masturbation is a natural thing, even animals do it. Sure is normal to feel tired afterwards, sex is a workout too right? Hehe, so idk, I sense maybe you’re being too judgmental to something that is completely normal and natural, don’t be hard with yourself.

I haven't PMO'd in over a week and I feel fucking great. I have this slightly manic, energetic high pretty much from when I wake up until 8 or 9pm.

Glad to be finally moving past porn addiction.

@Juan thanks your for vulnerability. I’m careful with naming and shaming myself.

I haven’t watched porn and fucked a girl so I’m patting myself on the back. I’m not shaming and judging myself.

I’m very open and understanding with myself.

I exercise 3-4 times a week. I eat very healthy. No fastfood or smoking. It is not my physical health. Perhaps I burned by brain wires in the time I used drugs , psychedelics and sex.

I've been on nofap for most of the last 8-9 years because I notice I feel mentally and emotionally shit after. Not so much physically unhealthy but irritable and depressed.

While I was addicted to porn it made me lose great amounts of energy, mental clarity and motivation. Some of it was mental (punishing myself for failing), some of it may have been physical (and perhaps some placebo). It no longer seems to be the case, granted I've been improving my life & health since.

There are two types of people, those who suffer from the knowledge of inconsistency in their character and those who suffer as consequence of not knowing it.

In either case you are both partially blessed and partially cursed, I happen to be of the former kind and your post indicates that you may be too.

The reason I say this is that there is no chance that ejaculation is sufficient reason for feeling worse as consequence, so since we can be sure that it has something to do with your psychology and your psychology being nothing but a composition of principles and there being nothing in principles on their own which can change how you see things there must have occurred a contradiction between one of them, perhaps abstinence, and your action.

It would be magically weird if these contradictions did not have an emotional or conscious effect on you, as weird as an object not falling to the ground when thrown.

how much can you bend your mind? and how much do you have to do it to see straight?
