Love is selflessness.   Oneness is the lack of an individual self.  So when we suffer from a broken heart we have lost a piece of ourselves due to our own selfishness.

Everything You do I Selfish... What do You want for Your Children? Most every Parent wants the Best for their Children, this makes them Happy! If the Children Suffer, this makes the parents Suffer, so its all about how the parent feels within in regards to how well the children are doing, if the parent/s didn't give a shit, they wouldn't care either way, so the kids suffer it.. 

Every Act You do is selfish act, just dive deep into it. Its all about Extracting from the Other (person, place or thing), the only time this is not the case is when Your Inner Experience is naturally Blissful, then it becomes about Sharing, not Extracting, if that is not in place then every Act You do is Selfish at its core and is about how You feel within and is about Result/consequence...

Heartbeating leads to evolution of consciousness spiritually..

It connects your core to your trueself..

Your frequency becomes closer to trueself frequency more and more ...

It leads to opening up of new talents,abilities..etc..

So heartbeating is key to evolution of consciousness...

It's not bad ,it's powerful tool for evolution..

But it can't be forced ,has to be natural....

Another thing...

Why it leads to evolution is because in the fundamental sense ..

Self is centered  and balanced...

But heartbeating means to look out for something outside of yourself even though Nothing exists outside of u.........

So it mobilizes the being ,to push out ...to move in search of...an image...

To look for...

It leads to evolution of being overall..

So beats in heartbeat show that evolution of being because it mobilizes to look for outside of u...

They say when u save someone's life in building collapsing at the expense of your life of a random stranger for no reason..

They say such acts are pure and selfless where u don't care about your life since u know deep down u are immortal and this act is the act of self definition, this is.....

Who I am ,a symbol and image of absolute pure unconditional love.....

But  ,if u see it from total perspective, from the all that is worldview...

Then u actually unconditionally saved your own self .

No matter what u did...

Whether u ate burgers of Mcdonalds alone and didn't gave to hungry poor people asking for it  in cold winter with torn clothes ,they say selfishness 10 out of 10 or helping them ....even though u are hungry ,u may have to go hungry for all night in case but still u gave them your food...unconditional way...

Zero selfishness...

But still it was all one being ...

Everything u did was for yourself and to yourself, there was no other....

So it was always selfishness...

Always...in ultimate sense..
