Lucid Dreaming Techniques Mega Thread

8 posts in this topic

I was looking for one, but couldn't find anything.

How would I go about starting to lucid dream? I know reality checks and dream journaling. Are there other methods?

Insight: Lucid dreaming is basically sudden awakening in a nutshell.

Question: assuming I'm in a dream, but am unconscious of it. How would I go about becoming conscious? (Not this particular dream, any dream whatsoever).

Plus: share best LD resources, books, websites, YT-channels.

Enlightenment is more rewarding.   It's a permanent lucid dream after that.  You become lucid in the waking dream.

I have no problem with thins since you're not claiming MILD works... almost. Reality checks are close to scientifically debunked. Your mind doesn't function the same in dreams so doing reality checks in real life, which are, by themselves, moronic because you know you are not dreaming, does not influence dreams.

Dream journalling also brings 0 results.

Lucid dreaming is good for alchemical self-development because it brings the conscious mind together with the unconscious mind, and this NEVER happens this way outside of lucid dreaming, which is what makes it appealing even if you aren't attached to a certain goal inside of those lucid dreams. It's definitely different from awakening tho, you're not simulating the brahman's mind, but maybe their powers.

All I've found online about lucid dreaming is disinfo, sorry, I have nothing to share.

I can tell you that FILD and WILD work if you're willing to wake up in the middle of the night using an alarm, and by the way, you're losing the lucid dreaming time's sleep benefits so this on top of waking up in the middle of the night is just... a plateau for unfairness.

Santatagamana, the author of Kriya yoga exposed and kundalini yoga exposed, has a book on lucid dreaming that is very short and fast to finish, it's called:

Lucid Dreaming: The Path of Non-Dual Dream Yoga. Realizing Enlightenment through Lucid Dreaming

Here is free download link cuz I am a pirate: (removed link due to copyright infringement)
