Truth of my Soul

I see the blue glowing ball within when I close my eyes,not always but it's natural and normal like everyday I can just see it ...

Casually....

So it's normal....it's not imagination, I'm not imagining it....neither willing to see it...

It automatically comes to surface out of that incessant void within me...

On it's own and I perceive this blue glowing thing...

It's expanding and contracting as if breathing in and out ...

Energetic in nature in constant motion...

Not still....it's natural not forced or will power based.....

At first I thought maybe I'm perceiving some kind of psychic Chakra as they say third eye Chakra....

But when I was reading neale donald walsch book maybe friendship with God...

The universal consciousness talked about blue thing within....

It said it's the center of your soul...

It's your truth,the essence and truth of your Being....

To be engulfed by it is to be one with yourself even for a brief moment...

I'm trying to put my experience in words...

Inmy experience the blue expands and engulfs my consciousness as If it becomes one and then I see nothing again....

It's like a never ending cycle....

It said it's the experience of oneness on some level maybe...

To be honest I never felt it to be something useful or practical In my life...

Neither thought much....

Still I experience it but seems normal not like out of this world...

What do u think?...

When and where did you see this blue light, what’s the center of this light. Also was it exactly blue or some other version of blue ?

Sometimes I see it in different contrasts...like different intensity of blue...but it's still blue ....like when this specific breathing contracting glowing spherical type appears when I close my eyes in thar darkness....First time I saw after 10th class....

I was meditating but in my own unique methods....

Experimenting with my mind and self and using creative meditation techniques...

I think after this naturally it started appearing...

At first I was scared ...like I can never live a normal life...

But then I got to be in peace with it...

I accepted it as part of me now...so it's Normal...

Universal mind I AM consciousness within said in friendship with God book....

That it's center of your soul...I don't know it's automatic....I do have the understanding of those unique techniques of meditation which I discovered experimentally....

The most intensity of blue like pure blue I saw it yesterday morning...

I was filled with love energy with heartbeating in Relation to some person...

So when I closed my eyes I saw the blue sphere come out of nothing but this time it's intensity was pure clean...

I saw blue merging with me that's how it feels ....it was when I was filled with love energy...

The blue colour was clean...

I don't know if there's some non physical relation between them...

But I just observed this yesterday so new to me ....

The fun part is it's all experience based..

Also I have never taken psychedelics...

I dream of it one day...I don't know what to expect if I take dmt....

But I know my thoughts shape the experience but I don't know if I can shape the projection in front of me in dmt frequency...

They say reality is all one but infinite different perspectives so can be perceived in infinite ways...

That's dmt a different way to see what was always here and now...

It's in Walsch book...friendship with god...

There's a paragraph about my blue sphere experience....

I have also seen reddish purple type glow balls in different format but they are not like blue sphere breathing and exhaling and merging...that description fits universal minds idea in the Book...

So that's the center of soul I think..and others which are mostly static little motion maybe were third eye Chakra...

That sounds really intersting! I can't give any advice or explanation personally (except to let it/your body show you in it's own way and time what it is/does/represents but that's based of my own journey and may not be relevant or useful advise heh)
