Entirely fill your head with "you are your own biggest enemy," "cold approach is good, I just need to be charismatic and goodlooking," "I can get a relationship, it can't be that I will go my entire life without having kissed, I just need to work on it."

Then keep this quote from Nietzsche (that's right, not a pessimist philosopher, those weren't chosen for this because of their focus on general pessimism,) in the back of your mind: "Everything valuable is instinct—and consequently easy, necessary, free."

Then walk around a town in a cold month with the mindset of cold approaching a girl. And not just that, but remember that the worst human beings imaginable have opportunities for sex and validation from women, and that others have been kissed/hugged without even having to flirt.
