First of all, detox body. Be thankful. Take nothing for granted. See self-loathing, resentment and anger as you spoiling your own life experience. In fact take responsibility for how you color your own state. See how everybody is struggling. ...

Yeah, as I said.
I don't mean idealism btw.
If the body is clean, the mind will follow.

No. I need mind specific stuff. This wasn't about body.

Body and mind are connected. The body follows the mind. The body doesn't act on it's own. Have you ever done anything without thought first.

Watch what you eat and consume on social media, Watch your thoughts. Eat lots of brain food - walnuts, avocados, omega's.  Google brain foods. Stay away from fast foods. Lots of fruits, vegetables , nuts and seeds. Listen to mindfulness content. Stop watching horror flicks and violent movies (at least for a while), get rid of toxic friends and don't gossip. Meditate. Go for walks in nature. Stop watching the news (most important or limit the amount you watch). Watch or read uplifting and motivational content. Always focus on the positive traits in people and stop judging yourself. When you notice doing the opposite, stop yourself and retract and flip the script. The mind will become accustomed to that pattern.

Most important, go in silence for at least 15mins everyday.

Specific - how to keep the mind clear, focused and detox from mental clutter and stress?

You can't "detoxify", "purify" your mind, it doesn't mean anything.
Eventually, your mind functions more or less well depending on brain inflammation, the energy available to the nervous system, and these kinds of parameters.

@Buck Edwards I mean this could be taken in million directions, you could be having adhd, i had it fixed it with meditation and enlightment work, there are places now where they give you  games to play and you look at screen with central dots that helps with focus,it could be your diet, you need to find out what makes you stressed, it could be part of you that keeps you in confort zone,if you exercise your nervous system, too much screen time, i dont know your life so its hard to tell...

Here's a tip that helped me -

No video games

No tv

No streaming websites.

More time outside walking/physical activity.

No caffeine/sugary drinks

No alcohol

Give it a try for a month and see what happens.
