Dust Mites poop in your bed

So basically these microscopic creatures eat your/your animals shedded dead skin cells. If the circumstances are right , which they most likely are , they live by the millions in your bed sheets, carpets, or other ground surfaces. 

The arachnid creatures themselves have feet that grab onto surfaces, but their FECES can go airborne which can cause a chronic immune response.

So if you suffer from some unknown alergy symptoms, try vacuuming more often, washing bed sheets often, getting air purifiers and more tips you will find online

I have found about this because my eyes have itched for my entire life when I wake up in the morning and rub them with my fingers and have had a stuffy nose since as long as I can remember, together with brainfog.

Allergic reactions produce histamine which can produce more reactions 

I'll give a try to washing my eye lids with salt water in a shot glass

How did I not know about this sooner?

This can be contributing to my life long brainfog and stuffy nose/ itchy eyes.

 

I heard there is a vaccine for it?
