Mindfulness trainer?

Anybody experience with a mindfulness trainer? I found a good one and it is expensive so I was wondering if anybody had experience with it? Is it worth it? And what did you get out of it?

I can be a mindfulness trainer right now for free, and say to be mindful of using the word expensive because that will just keep what you want out of reach. Saying I cannot afford that right now, maybe some other time, is a better approach. Now, that lesson is priceless, so use it wisely.
