@Bebop I feel you, at "my" river, there is trash almost everywhere, fortunately, they are scattered enough to not totally waste the landscape.

That's what @Dodoster and I were debating.  It can be seen from different perspectives.

1. Shin is getting rid of you and turning you into a smoothie. (Hence the bloody colour)

2. Shin is holding you (the blender) passionately and he looks at you (the blender) like you are the love of his life.

3. Or...when Shin makes a smoothie he has you in mind. So it will make him look healtier and fitter for you. (Hence your name in the smoothie)

Real life is my meditation space. I don't want just a controlled, sheltered environment. I prefer to grow and focus and expand when the pressure is on and the tension is high. When my actions are laden with meaning and I am risking myself, facing challenge.

I meditate as I live, splitting my mind so I observe while moving and involving myself with life around me.

That's the beauty of superposition.

I am both being and becoming at the same time.

I am both fully present and fully aware, via synergy and harmony. Immersed but not lost, focused, but deeply involved and connected.
