How much do you sit in a day? Does your work involve you sitting a lot? That could be something to look into. Much harder falling asleep standing up.

That could be something to try out, I am sitting 99% of my waking time either in the car, or home or at work

I just recently started jump rope first thing in the morning, lifting in the evening (not really consistent because of sleep/work)

Every 2-3 days, It's not exercise and probably not the lack of it. It's just sleep, I can't seem to figure it out for the life of me so I'm looking for ways to decrease my need for it and work on other things, but It just doesn't work. It's that stupid night shift job that keeps messing things up for me.

I think that's your answer.

One thing I am realizing is that maybe there are other beings taking advantage of our nutritents. Pinworms,Tapeworms, bacterias etc.. these fuckers create even a protective environment in our guts to protect them when we drink medicines to kill them. Is called Biofilm, and if you research detox protocols you will be aware of the ordeal one needs to go to get rid of this suckers. To absorv nutrients our system of absortion need to be able to absorb, other wise no amount of food will help.
