Seeing flashes at night

For the last couple of days, I have been seeing flashes almost every night. It happens like this: I am laying in the bed with closed eyes, fully awake and when I open my eyes, I see a flash coming from the wall. There is a shelf in that area, but nothing electrical in it. Just a bunch of stuff like books, candles, fake plant etc. It's starting to drive me crazy. Has anyone else encountered this phenomenon?

If it was from stress, it would be different. Today I was resting all day and was really relaxed, I didn't even use my phone or PC, yet I saw the exact same flashlight I have been seeing for the last couple of days. It also comes from the exact same spot of the room, no matter my position. There must be some light source in that area.

@FourCrossedWands I’ve had this and it was the start of pretty crazy introduction into the paranormal. So it seems like you’re mature enough in your life to be introduced to this stuff now.

Also, could be some kind of medical condition if it doesn’t cost you much, maybe you could go to the doctor.

Something as simple as your internet connection cutting loose briefly for no known reason could be considered paranormal. Just enjoy it and don’t try to figure it out. Curiosity without a need to know brings light to any experience.
