Thoughts on neck pain?

I’ve had this neck pain for close to a decade. Been to mri, physio therapy, osteopathy etc

any other idea?

The scientists told me 6 ketamine sessions was enough.

I did a 7th session anyway and blew my entire mind.

Yea k doesn’t help much with neck pain unfortunately.

But maybe i’ll try 7 cryotherapy sessions if you insist on it

It could be overuse of certain muscles taking over for weaker muscles. I used to have constant pain in my leg and knee until I started exercising it.

I believe the abdominal muscles are connect to the neck in that they are both responsible for stabilizing the spine. A weak core is bad for your neck as well as poor posture.
