The Toxicity of Short Video Content

Hi Leo,

Your blog post hit home for me in one simple sentence - YouTube shorts will plague you. However, an in-depth video would be interesting (ironically?). I've been having the same thoughts/feelings/intuition about them. It would be interesting to go into depth about YouTube shorts, TikTok, Instagram - any type of short video content, and how this impacts our well-being (concentration, memory, dopamine dependency, and so much more). 

The video would be a simple self-development video, but relevant nonetheless. I find it interesting how sneaky addictions are. They remind me of how you once said, something along the lines: Everyone is a mouse in a maze, and we're all addicted to a preferred piece of cheese.
