Existence is inevitable because there are no limits. If there were non-existence it would be because something would limit the fact that everything is, and nothing can limit, since that which limits would be something, and therefore it would exist, it would be unlimited, and it would be existence. Existence cannot escape from existing, and cannot stop, it is in perpetual motion, due to its limitlessness.

There are two complementary realizations. The first is horrible and is when you realize that you exist in eternity, with no possibility of escape. This is perceived as an eternal prison and it cannot be worse. The second is when you realize that you have no limits. This is perceived as total freedom and it cannot be better.

I tend to view existence as fundamentally mysterious yet profoundly knowable. There are theories put forth by ancient traditions and modern science alike, but the actual mechanics of "how" remain elusive.

However, it's important to note that "knowing" doesn't necessarily mean understanding the mechanics, but rather experiencing the reality of existence on a personal level.

"Knowledge" of existence is more about appreciating its mystery rather than analytically dissecting how it works. It's about dwelling in direct experience rather than intellectual comprehension.

The answer I got while contemplating existence was "Truth".

The reason it exists is because it's true. It is it's own reason. I can't tell it to you in words but in experience you see that it's reason is itself, or you could say because it's fully and utterly complete it doesn't need a reason. It is because it is.

Also, this isn't a cop out, this IS the answer. In direct experience, you feel satisfied with this 'reason'. You feel complete.
