I wouldn't recommend vaping it if it's your first time. When you reach your threshold dose and finally get the trip you will most likely be just left with a "WTF was this" feeling. It kicks in instantly and the duration is short. 7 to 10 min from my experience.

 

If possible, plug it instead.

 

Starting with 0.5mg may not have any effect.

I would start with 5mg, not 0.5mg.

Sure, but 5meo is a sacred experience. It’s not a rape. You don’t generally willing invite in a rape.

There is different views on this.

You can vape it first time if you have a vape pen with your own cartridge. Dose management control is then possible. Very beginner friendly
