Haha someone who saw me perform this hunted me down on a Facebook group to ask for the Lyrics. He took this video. The audio isn’t great and the song is still in progress but I thought I’d share it here. I am working on the second verse and the overall delivery of the song. It’s gonna be very strong when finished.

Went to a spa today for first time. I enjoyed the sauna, hot tub, ice water, and the vibing by the fire. During my integration/ rest period I read The Tao of Personal Leadership by Diane Dreher. 
 

Spiritual books are important.

I love tea. The Leaf, the cups, the variety and variables, the exploration, the cups, and “gear”. The flavours, the psychoactive effects, the smells, the tastes, etc Amazing.
