Happy to be getting over this blocked around learning music I’ve had, and practicing. It sucks because I’m rusty, but I am coming to it with more experience and maturity. Not as or very neurotic this time around.

I was sitting on a bus earlier and felt a bit stressed thinking about my life purpose, finance, money, mortality, life, and the desire to be successful. Also the stress of humanity ugliness and stupidity. 
 

This stress was building up, and a fatigue was setting in. Then, I saw this as an opportunity to gain more direct experience with my Qigong. Where I am sitting on a bus I thought I would experiment with acupressure. 
 

I did some acupressure on acupoints H7, P8, P7, P6 I learned from one of Lee’s workshops. It’s amazing how powerful and effective it is. Qigong, acupressure and Chinese medicine is a serious area of study and I think it could aid your epistemology, metaphysics, spirituality and health practice. 
 

Washed away my stress and anxiety, calmed the mind, brought me into the present moment. If you are into meditation but don’t have a toolkit of acupressure points and massage techniques you are missing out.

The vast majority of people have no sense of their own ignorance, self deception, cognitive biases, ability to be lied to and manipulated, short sightedness, assumptions etc. This is the only reason Trump gets elected. A shit storm of confusion, illness, etc. It appears the democrats have also failed the working class in the past and the things Biden has done to start fixing that won’t be felt for some time. This is one of the challenges with democracy is what I do in my four years may not be felt until 2 years after, and people may associate that with the guy who came next. 
 

People vastly underestimate the bottlenecking problem with information, education and understanding in political situations. Especially with how corrupt the social sphere has become with lies, social media memes, all these news sources which facture and split peoples understandings of things. The depth, maturity and grasp of running a nation is not well understood by people. Especially the large body of uneducated Americans. This is the problem. And, stage green with its toxic idealogies and approach to social issues as well, especially around lgtbq and trans people makes it even worse. Plural, green and postmodernism I think, and the idea that these are correct values for everyone in America make democratics vulnerable to people like Trump as well. Because those ideas are threatening to a large amount of people. Perhaps, less so gays in today’s world but, trans especially.  Though, I’m still contemplating this. 
 

60% of Americans I think live pay check to pay check. Trump is not going to make those peoples lives better. Because, if he does in fact tariff everything from China, and tariff other countries those people just getting by right now won’t be able to afford anything, or will be pushed into an affordability crisis. Beyond what already exists. This is my understanding. 
 

I worry that a lot of people who voted don’t actually understand their own government, the importance of the constitution, the reality of who Trump and Kamala actually were and what a qualified Candidate looks like. 
 

Trump has lied so much over the last 9 years people are living in a fantasy. He makes complex situations seem simple. This gives largely uneducated people a feeling of intelligence, and his demonization of the other side gives them a purpose, a story, something that feels good. 
 

And it’s probably true the Dems and Republicans both have failed the American people in many ways as politicians and corporations have syphined money away from the working class to themselves. People aren’t seeing the results of their hard work. 
 

Not to mention debt, medical bills, toxic food system, toxic water, toxic chemicals they called pharmaceuticals which are heavily marketed to fix non-existent diseases. This sickness is deep and exists at all levels of American society. They are tied up in knots.

Modern medicine, western nutrition, and health, is very bad right now. 

How many men are afraid to have a woman leader? This is also an important point. People don’t make decisions rationally. Identify, survival, ego, feeling… people are voting not on policy. People I think at large do not even understand policy, let alone systems thinking. 
 

It’s amazing how easily lies to people are by Trump. Totally amazing. They just eat it up. They love a good story. They love for their own corruption to be acceptable, their hatred and their fear. 
 

People vote a man into power because they think he will be good for the economy. But, he was given millions of dollars from a young age… yet went bankrupted 4 or 5 times. His biggest success, was playing a success on TV. Image, perception is what Trump is actually good not. Not business, not economics. During his time in power he put the US 8.1 trillion in debt. 
 

Kamala, is actually self made. Has a successful legal career, owns real estate and is worth 8 million dollars. She managed to become vice president of the US. She ran on a platform with many policies to help the working class, as well as women’s reproductive rights. She was focusing on standing up for democracy, and uniting the US as the American People. 

I’ve recently seen people say they were scared that if Kamala got in they would lose their ability to speak freely on political subjects. But, Kamala openly talks about the importance of democracy. Unlike trump who actually says he would shut down certain news organizations who he calls bad, aka disagree with him. 

Meanwhile, Trump held rallies where he demonized her, demonized people he didn’t like. Called them bad, dumb, stupid, évil and enemies. Trump failed to provide any policy that would actually help the American people. But, he told them he would remove imaginary bad immigrants from the country. Even though the US economy relies of these undocumented immigrants. Trump spoke of using Tarifs which would make living far far far more expensive for Americans. And, likely would create economic changes in places like China, not actually to be hard in them. 
 

Peop’e voted for trump because he went on podcast where he was able to lie without being fact checked, he actively avoided places that would fact check him. If he was fact checked he was often a master at demonizing the fact checker. This allowed those who trust trump to believe in trumps word without themselves checking the facts. People are busy working jobs, watching entertaining videos and consuming substances and sugars to actually fact check or learn about things that are confusing and challenges like truths regarding policy, economics, and systems thinking. 
 

So, here we are. Trump is in power and there are no guard rails. What will happen?

My own ignorance is upsetting as well. Especially for understanding Canadian Politics, and US Politics. How all these highly complex systems that these nations consist of work, all the moving pieces and players. 
 

As well, my own life systems, these must be brought into balance as well. It’s easy to judge leaders, countries, Politicians, thought leaders. Public intellectuals for their ignorance and disharmony. But, I must also see it in myself.

What is the actual quality of these individuals minds, psyches, education. What is the purity of their minds, intentions etc. What is their epistemology, metaphysics, science, their understanding of truth, self deception, etc… 

Self deception, ignorance, cognitive biases are plenty. Even, and honestly a lot of you guys on the forum are seriously fucking deceived. You should feel embarrassed.

I think the vast majority of humans are swimming in such a pile of human dogshit, meaning their minds are built out of dog shit…

Dog shit public intellectuals 

Dog shit religions 

Dog shit politicians

 

People are swimming so deeply in this dog shit and they can’t see it. If they did they would puke and have an existential crisis. Who knows how chemically, and toxically warped minds and nervous systems are too. It’s crazy. 
 

The corruption is nearly total. People have no fucking clue how twisted western science, religion, materialism, food, etc actually is.
