I am in the process of mastering life. I don't know what challenges I will face. But, I will do whatever I can do honour each day, and each year of my life.

I do enjoy accounting. I like the idea of developing a highly, organized and pragmatic mind. But, I also have to nourish my more spontaneous, playful, ecstatic and creative side..... and also my side that is a merge or my inner scientist, healer, and spiritual master.

To develop deeply my personal finances, and my business, and my Qigong, my relationship, my nutrition, etc.... I want to create a profound life.

I have been watching some documentaries lately and I see how brutal a human existence can be. It is frightening and challenging witness reality and the things that exist on this planet. It can make you feel ill. But, in that, in that understanding of the harshness is also the seed of purpose. To rise above the challenges you face and to be an inspiration to others. I am only just beginning in this regard with my youtube channel, and teaching Qigong locally. Soon, my Qigong will be a business.

I am annoyed about my sleeve being a little long in my video. I've even had thoughts of refilming it because I realize how much I would like to maximize the quality of my work. I want the EQ brand to be strong and recognized for quality. At the same time, I want to honour the work I did. I may refilm it, but I am not sure. With Qigong videos it may be just best to reuse the routine next month and film it again leaving the video in place. I have not yet repeated any of my sequences. But, I will begin doing so with different titles. There is nothing wrong with reusing my routines in other videos later on, making adjustments and refilming them in better quality.

I like that each time I make a video I write out a routine which I can look back on, improve and reuse.

I want to make thousands of videos over the course of my career. I also want to being to a lot more teacher sessions on zoom. I am considering offering a class each day in the future, maybe multiple classes a day. But, I am not sure yet.

I want to go deeper into understanding everything I need to launch my business.

Finances are an issue that hold me back. But, that being said I think the slowed down pace my financial situation has caused is making me learn so much about the value of what I am creating, how hard it is to do, and why I deserve to get paid in the long run. I have to get over the fear of getting paid. I am working on that. As I grow in my confidence as a teacher, in the theory etc... IT will come.

I've decided to take it down and refilm it. I did another routine after that was different but the sleeves were correct. IT looks much better.

The one long sleeve look is bad. Removing that video and recreating it.

There is a bit more pressure now in that I want the brand to develop and be known for quality (Which will take time),

But also I am getting more and more viewers all the time. So I want to look clean, calm, cool and professional at what I do. That will come through, people will feel it.

I Will be limiting my time on this forum going forward. I just wasted valuable time this morning “arguing” over whether “I am God” or “There is only pure consciousness” or “my hands are just a thought”… all of this is for fools and retards to debate about.

God obviously transcends identity. To say your true nature is God, is true. Not an identity.

Being gaslit for days on this is very annoying.

I will work to not longer engage in debate around this subject and waste valuable time that is to be put towards my life purpose and my own deepening of my life.

I want to keep refining my life each day. My debt is an issue. My plans are changing around it. It really needs to be a primary focus. It will get paid, I see it coming down. I’ve paid off some debt this year. But, for my mental health and vitality I have to balance myself which means there is no quick fix.

My personal finance spreadsheets are accessible on my phone and laptop. This means I can easily review it at any time and on a regular basis. I also have a debt repayment calculator for a truth based approach to debt repayment and future debt free living.

Other than increasing my income. It’s sort of a shitty position to be in… but, at least I am here and it’s making me learn.

I have my vision for debt free living. I am maturing greatly financially through this set back.

I have everything I need. I have plenty of books, I live in a good place, I have my Qigong certification, I have plenty of books. Of course, I want to buy more courses, books, etc but lack the funds to do so. Which is a cause for hopelessness if my past. However, with YouTube, ChatGPT, the books I have, libraries, and budgeting small book purchases each month I can ensure I continue learning while paying down debt.

Each week I will continue to develop professionally at my day job, develop my speaking skills/ leadership at Toast Masters, develop my Qigong teaching skills by making a video and running a live on Saturday. I will also continue to contact local places to begin teaching local classes. I will likely host a bi-weekly Meetup group.

I Will continue to refine my nutrition, sleep, rest, and phone use.

I Will continue to attend Pace groups to get my socialization needs met. The app has been a huge help.

I will also each week improve my task management, to do lists, and practical budgeting.

Each week I will move inch but inch towards my goal of teaching Qigong full time.

Life needs to be looked at holistically, and realistically.

Does it hurt me I may never be in a great band like Arcadefire? Yes, it does. But, I can still enjoy the music and I can still build my own thing. I am a good musician as well. Who knows what maturity will bring.

I need to organize my book shelf and create a collection in my common place book of all the books I've read, own and want to buy. I have been putting this off.

Damn, just did some deep frog fish shadow work. If I stretch the metaphor outward I can see that I too have sinned. I allowed myself to deeply see my sins and feel the pain of repentance and self confession. I still don’t know truly what to do about it. But, I can for sure see this level of challenging truth holding as being beneficial to my character growth.
