Closet of “your” subconscious mind (Part 1)

Do not repress, suppress or nihilate, as one day the door of your “subconscious mind” will be open and all the repressed feelings or emotions will avalanche with the huge power.

 

      Human language reflects your worldview. At the core of everything are the objects in this worldview. And the main thing that reflects your worldview is the “I” object. Notice, “I” isn’t something real, but rather is a glitch in perception.

      Everything you see and then call it yourself, your body for example, is not what it seems to be. You see a certain image of your body: it moves, you have bodily perception plus visual phenomenon. By default, you assume that this body with its sensory perception is “YOURS”. But think about this phrase: “It is my body”. No, it is not your body! It is just something that being perceived and something that being observed. But the illusory “I” claims these sensory perceptions and calls it “mine”. What you call your body is just a set of perceptions. Body does not even exist. Some set of perceptions create it, create the illusion of the solidity of the body. This is the biggest deception. Just because the perception exists, it does not mean it belongs to someone. Success of the realization is hinged upon the notion, or better to say, upon the understanding, that “something” (this room, your body, color, smell, taste) is being perceived and “you” have no idea what is. You do not know what you are! You must stay away from conceptual thinking or attempts to explain “something” you are perceiving right at this second. Because you will be a copycat if you do, since it is not your direct experience, but rather something you have heard before (parents, school, books, universities, science, etc.). Notice that parents, schools, books, videos, gurus, enlightened teachers are a part of “your” perception. You are creating them by perceiving them. They do not have existence on their own but rather dream characters of “your own dream”. This is so important to see. You must clearly see it.

But remember this Dream which "you" call "yours" does NOT have an owner. You do not exist the way you think, as something. But rather you do exist as a process. A collection of processes....

      Remove all the language descriptions, labels. What will you be left with? A body runs in some space, and you do not know what it is, I mean this phenomenon what you see (space + body). Why would you assume by default that so called “people” are telling you the truth? Question this. People are a part of your perceptual experience. And be honest with yourself that you can not trust others but your direct experience.

Because you are them. Perceptions form “you” but not the other way. You think you are a separate being that has a perception. Now you need to train your mind to think otherwise. You are a product of the perceptions. “You” can’t trust them. Because you don’t exist. You are not a separate entity. 
Imagine a picture what asks if it can trust its colors! Do you see the absurdity in this question? Colors make a picture. Picture doesn’t exist without colors. Does it have a separate being?

Perceptions create "the self", they can not exist separately from "the self". Everything is then hinged upon "self". No self, no perceptions.

I did not say perception is not real, but what I said that "you" are not real. Perceptions are real and they create this identity swirl.
