4-ACO-DMT dose?

Hello!

I have 10 gummies of 4-aco-DMT. Each gummy equivalent to 1/2g of mushrooms 

My question is what is a good dose of 4-aco-DMT for therauptic effects and consciousness work? 
I have done mushrooms and 5-Meo-DMT but never done 4-aco-DMT that’s why I’m not sure what is a good dose on this substance.

Start with 2 gummies to test their power. That should be a mild trip.

Do you know how much mg per gummy? 2g mushrooms can vary wildly in potency which is why you should test every batch before committing to a big mushroom dose. It's not a good way to compare. 10-15mg for 4-Aco is a good dose I think.

its essentially synthetic mushrooms, they are very powerful I had  a couple and  reality was reduced nothingness

We would need to know the mg per gummy in order to recommend dosages. I would agree with Rigel's numbers. I think personally I started with 20mg.
