If you want to stop being a victim, it is not enough to decide it, you have to fight for it, and it's usually difficult. Claiming your sovereignty completely requires overcoming many obstacles. Maybe you could do in a instant, just deciding it , but what I saw it that you ve to fight every inche

to be a victim is to be a hater ... you need to align more with love in baby steps ... forgiveness is saying to another you did the best you were able ... this is the start of love ... everyone who is wounded simply needs someone to love them back to health

Hate sometimes is necessary. Hate makes you distance yourself from certain things, not allowing yourself to fall into supposedly normal dynamics but that you do not want to tolerate.in your relationship with yourself and in your relationship with is external, that at the end are one. You cannot give an inch, you have to be hard, otherwise you will be a slave. of your attachments, of your fear, of other people,
