America will have High-speed rail route that connects LA and Vegas in a few years?!

The United States has lagged behind other developed nations in high-speed rail. We only have one in the northeastern region of the country. However, it's looking like we will have another in the southwestern region of the country that goes from LA to Vegas and back by around 2027.
