Personally I use beef liver as nature's B vitamin. Specifically, I cut a 1 lb portion into 64 reasonably evenly divided cuts, freeze them, and pop one of them (~0.25 oz) with each meal. Not only is this an incredibly rich source of B vitamins, but arguably the most underrated mineral in the nutritional sphere, namely copper.
