*Directing the Orgasm to the Skull<guide>*

{My Insights and contribution to the Kama Sutra. I received this principle and learned how to take the orgasm sensation to the middle of the Skull and stay blissed out. This is a very safe technique and requires no religious affiliation. Think of it as a workout or an adjuct to one's sexual health.}

It took over 10 years to master this after yawning during gym class and had a sensation so profound I rethought all about material realities approach.

Hopefully, this can provide a fun way to understand your own nature. I finally have come out to show this technique despite how grotesque many humans will deem it to be(while they hold double standards and they themselves play with themselves, engage in fornication, and then deny/reject/make it taboo).

This truly comes from good intentions. If you are a brahmachari, you will have perfect control over your compulsive nature.

__________________________________________

{1. Yawning tingling sensation that occurs in the upper groin region as we stretch are legs foward, to a full extension, when we are yawning while seated(legs stretch at a diagonal way with heels on the floor.).

2. Pressure added to what women would call their "mound." Men think in terms of that.

3. Mula bandha(not a kegel).

4. Focusing on what men call their "penis' root," women think in terms of the males anatomy to find that same Ksetram*Point*!!}

{^Above are the first principles of an orgasm using the vayus, without using your hands in any way to stroke, rub, insert, anything anywhere}

■How to use the first principles to create a technique:

1. USE A STOMACH ASANA(Locust pose, low cobra, bow pose, Serpent Pose, sphinx pose, upward facing dog pose.

<FOR BEGINNERS

And for ADVANCED PRACTITIONERS, you CAN USE - Seated, lying on the back or side, standing, squatting.>

2. For assistance with the initial technique, before lying on the stomach (which we just create variations of depending on the asana) - you'll want to enter into the "cat and cow yoga asana" on your hands and knees. [STEP A]

A] ●This is the first position[STEP A]. This will show you HOW to move the pelvic bone in a way that uses the lower-abdominal muscles under the belly button and above the groin(as we also do when we yawn and stretch our legs out when seated at a desk at school).

B.]●Do a few repetitions of "cat and cow" presented in [STEP(A)].

●Then enter PLANK POSE, SLOWLY LOWERING ONTO THE STOMACH.

●LIE on your stomach and enter into a SPHINX pose, adding the backbend.

* When you get good, you won't need to extend the legs continuously into a flexed position and will only need to add the backbend to get the tingling sensation in the upper-groin region.(and will be the pressure which lowers the pelvic floor as explained in [STEP C]*

__________________________________________

C.]●For beginners, I want you to keep your SPHINX POSE BACKBEND, YAWNING SENSATION CREATED WHEN YOU EXTEND AND stretch your legs back towards the wall as far as possible and hold that complete extension

(it will create a tingling sensation like when yawning. This is the 'CAUSE'!!)

●Now THAT WE HAVE OUR |SPHINX, POSE| BACKBEND| LEG/ANKLE EXTENSION: Add PRESSURE onto the "Womans 'Mound' area, BY PRESSING THE PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES INTO THE GROUND/FLOOR.

●ALSO ADD THE SCOOPING MOTION OF YOUR PELVIS(PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES TO THE PRESSURE YOU'VE GENERATED BY ADDING ONLY THE "Cow" portion of your "cat and Coe technique." !!!

__________________________________________

[DON’T SIMPLY HUMP THE FLOOR. ]

[THAT IS NOT THE EXERCISE AND IS A BASTARDIZATION / GROSS MISINTERPRETATION OF THE TECHNIQUE. ]

__________________________________________

D.]●Notice that when we yawn a 'tingling shiver' occurs in the pelvic region up and behind the genitals(Svadisthana's) anterior Ksetram*2nd ""Chakra"" point*.

E.]It takes me on average 2x of doing steps (B)-->(D) once fast then then the 2nd time much slower - then orgasm(without ejaculation) in less than 5 seconds.

F.]● Focus on the perineum when you feel either a water-like or a tingling or shiver sensation occurring in the upper-groin("PENIS' ROOT - women think of it now in male terms. I don't know the equivalent similar to me trying to explain a "Mound" to a man). Again, focus there and execute mula bandha so as not to reach orgasm or ejaculation.

*Ta Da*

**WARNING FOR MEN(women don't have any spiritual sage that created techniques to my limited knowledge that deal with energy. I have no idea why. Maybe they shun energy practices. I don't want to be biased. They tend to say "ew" "creepy" and "use throw up emojis"" So I'm not suprised.), if you get good, you can also execute mula bandha and send the orgasm sensation from the genitals(shaft can face up or down or diagonally It's easiest if the shaft faces upwards as you lie on your stomach and add pressure to the "Womans Mound" area as a beginner.

Took me 5 years to move it in any direction with complete control and concentration) to that of your center of the head." You will get this buzzing high that is so profound that it can knock you to the floor. Be careful not to ejaculate. Do 108 mula bandhas prior to these techniques. **

__________________________________________

<NOW>

1. What about sitting? -

■Use the wrist, forearm, an object like a binder or a heavy backpack, corner of an object, or any object which can add pressure to the "WOMANS MOUND && MAN'S PENIS' ROOT(also check penis root masturbation on pubmed to see the area)area". For some reason, pressure needs to be there. You don't need an erection to do this or to reach orgasm if you are a man, and that is your compulsive goal.*side-note*. It takes less than 10 seconds if you follow this decade written technique carefully and practice every day.

2. How does it differ from mula bandha? -

■Yes, typically in mula bandha, one adds pressure to the perineum and contracts the perineal body after a complete exhale, etc etc.

With this we simply altered where we place the pressure, adding an extension of the legs and ankles outwards(backwards) to generate a sensation in the pelvic region(where we placed that "Womans Mound/Mans Penis' Root pressure") similar to the same sensation we get in THAT SAME AREA, WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE, DURING A SEATED YAWN.

■Also, keep the area around the genitals in all sexes very relaxed.

>Why? Well, if you don't, then you are pulling back too much on the genitals(perineum doesn't matter as it should be contracted) and just causing yourself to hold back the orgasm's tingling yawn-like sensation. You just screw yourself pretty much by reversing the process, haha.

3.] ■What if I do it too often?

Over 3 hours, no matter what, you'll reach orgasm in my experience as you'll fatigue the perineum ability to hold back from having that orgasm. I switch to frenulum(clitoris)stimulation, still doing the extending of the legs principle, which gives you your yawn-like tingling sensation in the areas mentioned in [STEP - 2].

***THIS WILL BE MUCH HARDER TO DO IN A COOL/COLD ENVIRONMENT. THIS IS DUE TO KRIYA YOGAS RELATION TO 'HEAT'(GENITALS ARE A WARM PLACE.) | Brahmacharya Ojas Matreika Pranayama(remove sexual cravings) one places ice on the genital organs prior to the kriya technique. | be in a warm environment.***

@MAHAVATAR_-_BABAJI This is very hard to read. I think you can do better with formatting and presentation. It's messy, hard to follow. All the Gifs, symbols, lines, ALL CAPS (which actually goes against form guidelines) is very annoying and hard to read. Some people think you are actually trolling.

I am aware these techniques exist. Mantak Chia's book "Multi-Orgasmic Man" explains it very clearly and has readable format. Though, it's based on Qigong and Toaist energy cultivation not yoga as much.

I think it fits with the topic 😂 Truly far-out yogic shit. I see myself in it very much, the vigorous DIY investigation into your own psychic system. You gotta be a certain type of crazy/obsessed/high-focus person to take it to this level.

A complicated looking post. This is basically another form that Mantak Chia teaches in his Multi Orgasmic chi methods, which has simpler and easy to read formats. To be fair, I see you're trying to make your writing and posting style stand out with use of semantics, and mostly syntax changing with your use of line breaks, annotating, numbered item list, bullet points, but it looks like you've overdid on all those fonts and format symbols. So many syntax errors and some grammatical errors I'd be here for a week trying to tidy up this post. One example is you using a bracket and number, but then put a bullet point after, for an objection, which doesn't need both a number and bullet point. Another example is two asterisks with the 'Ta-Da!', a trademarked wording off of @Leo Gura, which is funny as it references a video with Leo saying a lot of ta-das . Overall to me, this posts reads like it's trying hard to be sophisticated, to be university level  essay, but there's little substance to write about so you compensate for too many uses of symbols, formats and even emojis that are out of place.

However, with that said, good you're generating orgasmic experiences and attempting to share and put into words, into some teaching format what you've experienced subjectively.

No. I created this technique. If u think I'm trolling then thats a shame dude. I'd love to video it and prove it but it goes against guidelines.

No. It's just the only way to explain it. If I could explaining how to do this were easy then everyone would be doing it during yoga classes. I'll work on rewriting it so the common man can understand. Its a hard concept to explain.

I'm incredibly obsessed with this technique. I was laying on the floor during gym class one day and I stretched my legs while yawning.

The sensation I mention above occurred and I had an orgasm and was embarrassed .

It was so profound I had to follow up on it. Idk I feel everyone could benefit.

Already people do the asanas mentioned above. All I did was add the tingling sensation placement, pressure, focusing on a spot, and a backbend.

I'm trying to explain a method of taking the yawning tingling sensation one gets when they extend their legs fowards to a full extension, and placing it on a specific spot, adding pressure, a backbend, concentration on a ksetram, then using mula bandha to send the sensation into the center of the head. Mantak doesn't do kriya.

I'm not trolling. I'm actually 100% serious about this. I'll figure out how to rewrite it using a photo and then just using arrows to explain every thing I'm trying to convey.

0. Sit in a chair, with buttox slightly forward, and lean backward with legs extended and apart from each other(not together).

1. Touch svadisthana with the pads of your fingers from one hand and place pressure on it to become aware of the anterior ksetrams point as we do in kriya yoga. Keeping hand on the kesetram slightly drag the skin backward. Hold this pressure throughout the cycle.

--> it is the spot between the MOUND and the PENIS' ROOT.

-->Men: research the word "Mound" and find a photo.

--> Women: research "penis root masturbation" on pubmed. And see the diaphram. Find that spot on your vulva.

2. Perform mental kriya on that spot while simultaneously extending your legs and your ankles into a locked(flexed) position like one does when one yawns. Find the releasing sensation in svadisthana's anterior ksetram, which feels like a "tingling, "climax"," "edge before you have an orgasm, "heat", "light",etc.

3. Add mula bandha while squeezing the extended(flexed) legs together but still keeping them apart from each other. Like to same-sided ends of a magnet. Focus on the perineum(prostate/p-spot).

*Do it more than twice to see results.*

Done!

.

.

.

-- Do the above technique now in these asanas on your stomach. Don't use your hands, but think of the floor as the substituted hand-pressure. Just use the floor as pressure by pressing your pelvis into the floor: Sphinx, low cobra, serpent pose, upward facing dog, Locust Pose, bow pose, etc) Try not to orgasm. It will be very hard not to, which is why yoga studios in America avoid these poses. Women

--Do the technique seated on the floor, first with using the hand/thumb/wrist ✋️ and then without using the hand. Next, try to generate the same sensation in svadisthana's anterior ksetram but without extending the legs(they can remain fowards but don't extend the legs into a flexed position as we did above).

--Do the technique it on your back.

--Do the technique while stimulating the clirioris(frenulum for men). This will give you a huge rush!!

--Do the technique and use Aswini mudra to shoot that energy into the center of your Skull as we do in kriya yoga.

--Do the technique with and without visual aid or any sexual instruments.

--Do the technique now standing. To extend the legs into a flexed position, you will have to be on your tippy-toes to get that sensation. Once you have generated and recognized the sensation, lower your feet so they are grounded. Now, pretending they are still extended and do the technique to generate the tingling sensation. You may use ur hand or just ur thumb or even the wrist to add pressure to the spot mentioned in the technique tutorial. We use our thumb like we do in kriya yoga.

--Use the technique in a kneeling position. No leg extension.
