To live fully means to die

What is it about embracing death that ends all suffering while you live?

Life =suffering

But...

Once you know that this is temporary and relative it somewhat becomes less painful

I've seen people who have lost limbs and are still the happiest

Have they truly embraced their real nature as God or spirit?

What is it about oneself that makes him so strong and indestructible in the face of adversity ?

How does the human psychology work when this happens? What exactly changes ?

What if life = a variety of experience

People have different psychology, views on life, people work through difficult things and find meaning and acceptance in them… it’s complicated.

I know I will die but, things is still hard because you have to deal with it.

you can mentally embrace death and even desire it and still be unhappy, bitter, full of rumination. The only happiness I see is changing frequency and leaving the mental narrative. The mental narrative is always gray, if not closer to black. happiness is the free flow of existence now. embrace death as you said yes, but in the sense of dying now, of ceasing to be a narrative and being life now.

It is very difficult because as humans we are very attached to the sense of justice, that no one disrespects us, to comparing ourselves with others, to comparing our life with a life that would be better, all of that is in the human psyche and a burden. eliminating that is simplicity, humility.
