Holy shit what is possible in Consciosuness

This is CONSCIOUSNESS, mind, god, imagination, you, whatever. We all on that Page.

But what is posible? Well, great breakthrough today. Great fucking news.it seems Is posible to do some real Magic here...

Was doing today my usual Yoguic practice and today by some reason i clearly hold the asana in such a way, Pure Love, Innocence, Purity, of my being was Intensely, and clearly felt. After some days of emocional UPS and downs It was good to feel as absolutely unconditionally Perfect for some seconds, in a very Direct way.

And now i was walking down the street and i got It. Time hasnt passed from that moment. There is no "state" of CONSCIOUSNESS that has been lost. I do a little trick with my fingers and im THERE. Feeling that Purity, Unity, Love.

Bam! This IS being actually God. Not just on a psychedelic high, not just while on an elusive spiritual experience. NOW! 

Lets go warriors! Go reclaim your inner luminosity 💥

I was super stoked and high few hours ago aswell about Nikola Tesla. Then i saw a comment that says it might not be true...

Well, i think that it might even be possible to visit universes of pokemon or bojack horseman, or like harry potter and so on. You can tune yourself to a frequency where you find yourself as a house elf in the malfoy mention, remembering yourself as has always been a house elf, and shit like that. 

I think the only limit might be the impossible worlds that cannot be created, and what i mean is the worlds that do not align with the laws of logic, like a universe where there is a circular triangle etc, but i'm not even sure about that, to be honest. 

I think the infinite might be that impossible world sometimes, so to speak, that reflect itself to our perception as representatives of those essences where you perceive the reflections of those essences in a way that is perceivable by you, if you know what i mean.

That is what we must achieve, without that life is a horrible hellish shit that we only endure looking to the future. We have to truly connect with ourself, it is the best thing there is, because what we are is life, pure magic, and we have to be able to do it deeper and more sustained, until we get lost in the depths, floating in the happiness of what we are. The work requires will to live, rebellious spirit, don't settle for shit

Is the sutra my friend 😂😂Im still wearing It. And doing the practice with the whole ordeal, the snake oil with a oil lamp, the dhanalynga picture, etc... 💪

Yeap, im on day 10 💥 and going strong

In the case of today It happened while doing asana. But the sweet part is that i was able to reactivate It completely 6-7 hours after with the fingers of my hand.

What really? During the 3 preparatory asanas; Patangasna (butterfly pose), Shishupalasna (rock the baby pose) and NadiVibajan (cat stretch) ?

I thought when you are doing the bhandas at the end there is where the magic happens. Cannot believe, how on the asana cat stretch or other you go god mode..absolute incredible

You are right man, asanas are not gymnastics, its very energetic if you are patient and do it SLOWLY. If I rush through it, I feel no energy

The last one.

Ime is not a Matter of skill but rather you do them with such ease and comfort than your body aligns and "becomes receptive".

Ive done It probably more than 100 times at this point. It takes time for the body to understand what is happening.

For me the most important part is the breathing slowly part, from that It sets the energy and information flow through the Next exercises. Also the rapid breathing is again important to raise the energies, and bandhas are supposed to lock or "save" this raised energies into your aura.

This is all theory though, i wouldnt say i still understand what the practice does. Definetely It does something serious to the energetic field and consciosuness that doesnt do other practices ive tried. I have a long time yet so i Will update in case anything more special happens (and that im allowed to share)

Thanks for remember me to always breath slowly and smooth during all these exercises (rapid breathing excluded). Thats a good point

I only do 12 to 20 minutes of yoga in the morning using the Down Dog app, I don't know much else. How do I begin to deepen my practice?

The last one of the first 3 asanas before the practice.

Rapid breathing i mean.

I would say the most nuanced and subtle one IS the last one (watching breath). That still is taking me time to understand what IS doing.

Yeap. It doesn't happen to me regularly because this last weeks im always having my nose congested, but if you do the slow breathing part right, you should be breathing in such a slow way the feeling if time completely dissppears. You should be getting 3 or 4 small "mini-samadhis" every time.

That should give you a "meter" of how incredibly slow you need to Breath in that part. To the point of crushing down the feeling of time passing.
