Undecided whether to pursue life experience or isolate and discover Truth?

No. Don't stop learning until you change your mind. The illusion is the creation of the Devil himself, the one that is in your mind. This world and ego ar in kahoots. They work together to trick you and hurt you as much as they can until, hopefully, you die and forget what they have done. Wisen up, you have work to do. Read ACIM by Jesus and DU by Gary Renard/Apostles. They're the only true teachers.

Man, You are completely deceived, your attitude is strength, straight lines, barriers. Those books are nothing, the mind must be empty, it must be an abyss without any barrier. then you will see that the exterior is the interior. There is nothing external, everything is one. you must dance, that is awakening. open your eyes and be the infinite now. You are life, the unlimited depth alive, and everything that appears is so too. How deep you can see is synchronous with how fluidly you navigate your experience.

C'mon Buddha, give me some slack. I like to pretend I'm not spiritual sometimes. If I went full blown guru people would constantly bow to me and try to touch my feet, that is bothersome, you would know.

My attitude is indeed straight, clear and to the point. I allow no wiggle room to the ego. Gl bruh. Hope your arrogance simmers down sometime.

No. Ego is confusion. God is perfect clarity.

I’ll vouche for this. I briefly experienced God a few years ago. The two things that stood out to me the most was

1) How fucking obvious!

 And

2) for the first time in my life, I have a absolutely no questions

There is not arrogance, I'm not talking to you to show you that I'm smarter than you, just that I clearly see your mistake. If you don't want to listen, it's up to you, but since you seem serious about trying to go deeper, I'll tell you.

Anyway, maybe it's not a mistake. If your path is now to make a differentiation between the mundane and the spiritual, that is your path. I hope you manage to open yourself 100% to the glory of existence, that's what this is about.

Statistically, you will not succeed, you will probably not be able to withstand some of your desires and will spiral into dark night of the soul experience. I couldn't kill my desire for being artistic. I also tought the same. I couldn't find a good enough method, but I also didn't search enough.

Kalabhairaba (god of destruction) and some hindu scriptures recommend that you only live for truth and find it while you are in this birth, if you can of course.

Suffering is the only method. Your desires are the Ego’s propositions on how to avoid suffering. Ego is a mechanical, desire-fulfilling machine, being upheld by constantly convincing you to run around and do its will (fulfill desires). When you agree to suffering, you have to agree that your life isn’t working in fulfilling your desires, and will have to accept that something new must make way. Your ego will be damned before it lets that happen, because that means the death of the ego. If you’ve had enough experience and therefore suffering (because everything will make you suffer) then it becomes clear that you have to do something else because the pattern and its futility become so obvious. Whatever amount of suffering you’re willing to accept and stop running away from, is the same amount you’ll be rewarded in peace, clarity, salvation.

From my experience, the only time true  clarity and true relief came to me was when I laid down on the couch and accepted all the “bad things” in my life. Just said “yes” to Everything and  “I don’t know” to every question I had. fully accepted that nothing needs to be done on my part. But you have to mean it with every fibre of your being, or it won’t work.

Leo is fooled by his self-actualization bullshit. You don't need to polish your ego to awaken. In fact, it's a trap. Leo is so entangled in the illusion that it's funny. He is currently learning about countries that don't really exist, since it's a dream, just to distract himself from his purposeless existence. He still believes that God created this sick universe and wants to learn about it. Lol.

Wisen up, my dear, unexistant, ego created hallucinations.

I see this as  hypocritical nonsense your just said. If only you reflect on your own logic.

Leo is great with a capital G. If he lived during Medevil times his name would be Leo, the Great. None of us would be here if we weren’t impacted by his videos. He is clearly highly intelligent and artistic. He understands concepts with incredible depth and is able to communicate it to us. There’s no denying his work is valuable to anyone on the spiritual path. When someone drastically improves the quality of your life like that, humans tend to become worship-y and take everything he says as the gospel. He’s still a human with an ego. Actually the downfall of his ego is how intelligent it is. Everything can be understood and explained, that it becomes an addiction. Especially with his followers and praise he gets every day. Imagine that many people basically worshipping you every day just for explaining stuff? He probably feels like Jesus.

The trick is to use his videos to move yourself closer to God. Most of us get lost in the knowledge because it’s so meaningful, we just want to consume more and more. Thats a tough ego trap.

Ultimately you’re God, and it’s your job to take control and Responsibility over your awakening.

CoolDream speaks some truth. Of course, it is a dream to be improving, learning, and understanding yourself more.

Getting lost in what you’re passionate about can be a serious issue if one is not careful. Even Leo has admitted that he’s gone too far with consuming political content before.

What CoolDream fails to see is that even pursuing enlightenment and using meditation as a tool is also a dream.

Long story short, enjoy dreaming, but don’t get lost in it. Or do! Who is stopping you? What really gets in our way is our own limited ideas and biases, especially when we hang onto them so closely.

And then you wake up. And then what? Happily ever after? For ever and ever?

When in eternity did this start? When in eternity will it end?

Youre trying to understand what will happen when you wake up from the dream with the mindset you have while you’re in the dream. The mindset is time Based and chronological. You cant wrap your head around anything outside the dream while you’re in it, just like you have no concept of your waking life when you’re dreaming while sleeping. but basically yes, awakening from the dream is the answer but no one can tell you why because words and language are concepts within the dream.  The “after life” is beyond communication. Time is the biggest mind fuck in the dream because  it runs your life at the most fundamental level, and makes it so that the only way you understand something is if it’s chronological.

You have to get there by yourself, and when you do, you’ll have no more questions. Others are a huge help with their hints but you have to make the jump, no one’s going to push you. They will drive you nuts until you jump though, that’s why other people exist. We’re all walking each other home.

Cheers, I think you're making my point for me. I'm just trying to understand his conceptions because I was seeing the same issues with it that you probably did.

If it was easy, everyone would be there. But almost nobody is, that’s an indication of how difficult it is. The craziest part is that it’s you, tricking yourself over and over again. It’s a lot of back and forth..having an ah-ha moment, getting drawn back in, then another thing clicks, then pulled back in, etc. then you notice all these patterns and move up a level. truly a roller coaster ride. Life will get you there.

Yep sounds familiar mate 😩

How's it going for you?

Right now, great. I had a recent level up. Feels like a vantage point from the time I started this thread. Still too early to tell if I’ll be pulled back in. But this feels different. I’m noticing the repetitive patterns and calling them out. I try to stop myself from dwelling on any one thought or identity (making a deal with the Devil, if you will). We will see how it goes
