This is the literal job of a lot of Pakistani media. Indians see them as 'b@rk!ng d0gs at a moving car' for the most part. (It's an analogy, not using 'd0g' as a cuss-word here.) We don't pay much attention, until they talk about cricket. And, about the 'PUA picture game' - it's really normal simp behavior. It's Instagram, which is where all the simps hang out.
