@universe Yep. And challenge them not to prove that they’re wrong. Challenge them to discover that they never had any validity to begin with.

One way which worked surprisingly well for me is to inquire. Byron Katie has powerful method to do that. But you have to actually do it and experience it for yourself.

I know how easy it is to listen to advice and don't apply it.

Meditate at least 1 hour in each sitting, at least once every day.

whats the balance between the conflicting 2 points:

feeling your negative thoughts?, not supressing them ´feel to heal´´ and on the other hand the law of attraction, as like minded thoughts attract - positive and negative.

Feeling your negative thoughts is trauma work. It is helpful to help you resolve or reduce extremely negative thoughts so you move towards positivity.

Unlike thoughts (positive and negative) do not attract in most law of attraction books. (Different from magnets)

You need to be positive and open, then you will be able to receive more positivity.
