Unfortunately the exercise doesn't change anything in my case.

What are you doing? For how long?

Be active throughout the day. Clean up the house, study, work, read, move around.

High intensity, daily engaging exercise for one or two hours for prolonged periods of time kick your ass. I think that by design such investment in energy makes one hungry.

Lift some heavy ass weight. And I mean really heavy (within reason; safety first).

It’s really only regularly doing very intense work that does it — going to failure (in the 5-30 rep range, mostly 6-25) on enough muscles for significant hypertrophy stimulus and the increased appetite that comes with that. But not so much that you’re overwhelmed with fatigue.

I'm going to do a lot of sprints leading up to this Christmas. I'm going to become a superhuman, trust me >:)

I'll try your incline walking if it doesn't work out :)

Sufficient sleep and lifting helps but It's still not enough for 3000 calories (in my case)

I manage to eat 3000 calories but it takes me 1-2 hours to finish each meal. So I'm mostly frustrated at how long it takes me. I don't wanna be spending my entire day eating food.

I don't see a solution besides making the food more palatable. At this rate, I'm probably going to start blending anything I can including broccoli.

Improving sleep actually helps the appetite.

I eat until I start gagging, wait a few seconds, and try again until I'm done with everything on my plate.

If you don't slow down when you feel nauseous you will throw it up.

And I found out that as long as you buy the highest quality foods and your food is calorie-dense enough to reach your desired energy intake it won't make you extremely bloated, heavy and tired. I have more energy if anything, depending on how much you eat.

Exercise helps negate the bad effects of eating so much food.

Smoke weed lol. No that gets you into bigger problems.

Why would it be so terrible for you to loose some weight are you that skinny? If not you will rest at a lower body fat percentage at some point.

If you really need them calories I would try nut butters, salted macadamias if you can afford them, dates, cashews, added olive oil, weight gainer shakes (banana, oats, peanut butter), make your food very flavorful and find healthy carb sources which dont make you as full as that is pretty individual.

I also try to eat well to reduce adrenaline/cortisol as much as possible due to my insomnia.
Mirtazapine still works relatively well but it literally makes me stupid.
