Countries that exhibit from my observations - upstanding character, integrity, and moral standards (which I would define as countries with fewer thefts, burglaries, hate crimes, murder or assaults, and which have less of a wealth hierarchy – compared with most countries), I would say are Iceland and New Zealand. Moral standards are the most difficult to determine as morals differ between countries and societies – but for moral behaviors that create less hate and is shown through peaceful behaviors – Iceland and New Zealand are probably still the best countries.

Societies are becoming more problematic, but historically and as much as they are much smaller – I would say specific Native American societies such as the Inuit and specific South Pacific/ Polynesian societies exhibit these behaviors best.

Unfortunately, many cultures over time have been influenced by the more/ most powerful nations, which historically use force of one kind or another to subjugate the less powerful societies/ countries. This brings up an interesting point – I do not believe a powerful country or society can be dominant in multiple countries/ societies without exhibiting the least upstanding character, integrity, and moral standards.

I believe the smaller and isolated countries/ societies have the best chance of creating the best societies. As an isolated example, I was introduced to an isolated village in the middle of the Yucatan jungle many years ago. It was discovered by accident and was completely isolated from other human contact. I was one of the first white men the villagers had ever seen. The person in charge (no title – just who the village decided to be best at the time, in this case a man), greeted about twelve of us as we arrived, was very kind, peaceful and accommodating. We were honored guests. It must be remembered they have not in their collective memories experienced any type of war. Yes, they had their occasional squabbles, like all people but they were quickly resolved.

There were inquiries about violence in disagreements and they did not understand – ultimately the explanation was provided that they knew it served no purpose because any violence would harm the whole village – so how could someone be so uncaring to do that, as it would harm themselves as well?

What amazed me was their intelligence. Here is only one example- the current man in charge had an initial two years to work with a few people from Mexico, Germany and the United States (as far as I can recollect – could have been the UK), until others such as myself were permitted to arrive in year three. What amazed me was that he spoke English. What further amazed me was that he spoke German and Spanish as well. He learned these languages (and he was reasonably fluent orally in all of them), because we were guests, and I was told it was more honorable to learn your guest’s language to make them comfortable, than to force them to learn his language.

The list of upstanding character, integrity, and moral standards from these people goes on and on – but I mentioned this experience to make a point. Not only is this a fairly common story when a small village that has been isolated from the world is discovered, but it used to apply to smaller societies/ countries as well. The French Polynesian Islands are a good example, as are some of the Native American Indian tribes.

Humanity has managed to destroy many of these societies – yet we could have learned so much from them. But the powerful are always arrogant and believe they are better than other societies/ countries or peoples.

Upstanding character, integrity, and moral standards has decayed over time. Nonetheless, I see more people beginning to understand this and push to reverse the tide.

Thanks."

You are a selfless LACK OF APPEARANCE, that CONSTRUCTS AN APPEARANCE. But that appearance can disappear and reappear and we call that change, we call it time, we call it space, we call it distance, we call distinctness, we call it other. But notice...this appearance, is a SELF. A SELF IS A CONSTRUCTION!!!

So if you want to know the TRUTH OF THE CONSTRUCTION. Just deconstruct the construction!!!! No point in playing these mind games!!! No point in creating needless complexity!!! The truth of what you are is a BLANK!!!! A selfless awareness....then that means there is NO OTHER, and everything you have ever perceived was JUST AN APPEARANCE, A MIRAGE, AN ILLUSION, IMAGINARY.

Everything that appears....appears out of a lack of appearance/void/no-thing, non-sense (can't be sensed because there is nothing to sense). That is what you are, and what arises...is made of that. So nonexistence, arises/creates existence. And thus everything is solved.

Interesting. I want to go live in one of these places. Sick and tired of humanity's arrogance and ignorance, greed, self hate and bigotry.

Interesting example of stage purple thinking and family/tribe value. This makes sense based on many developmental factors like value systems, cognitive and moral development, personality typing and traits, ego development, states of consciousness, other lines of development personal to societal, ideology indoctrination from family upbringing, community, culture, newspapers, tv shows, radios, videos, social media, mainstream/alternative news, forums and other points of information ecology via manufactured consent, in order to influence and inform one's worldview and thinking/seeing/heating/feeling sense making apparatus of the world we live in.

However, there are still exceptions and history can repeat itself, for example that Yucan new village may be the first of it's kind, wait for few generations, and add more groups in that region, and you'll get something similar to Native American tribal warfare over natural resources and human resources, for example the Apache and Comanche conflicts, followed by early Spanish settlements vying, as well as other European settlers, for resources and living as well. Without an intelligence to develop an enforcement arm to protect your little village against other collective ego structures, other egregors that seek to consume smaller egregors and assimilate them into their developing ideology, they cannot survive. Just like how mesopotamian swallowed up the indus valley civilisation.
