@Leo Gura and @flowboy always give good advice on mindset. Only, both are 6/10 white guys, tall, middle class and above average educated, and even then they had to put in a lot of effort and money to get where they are today. This is very good, but if you are not in this situation, for example if you are 3/4 out of 10, you live in a poor country, with an exaggerated number of men for political-cultural reasons etcetc, well you will definitely have to go deeper into the rabbit hole, even if it hurts your ego.

Oh, and to answer the question: Pua is most of the time a scam, and is aimed at people who already have a good genetic base anyway. No PUA master will make an ugly man fuck by giving him “techniques”, lol.
