I would tell you that it is surely interesting, but no matter how broad it is, it will be a finite perspective, and being a cat I can access infinity because everything, including rats, are the absolute total infinity. So, there are only two kinds of state, the finite and the infinite. Within the finite state are there other higher states? Sure, but being finite, why stick to them? But seriously- I'm really not against psychedelics - I think they can be great I just don't think you should rely on them solely for enlightenment like Leo says. And that meditation is useless. But a shift in consciousness alone isn't it. And yes it does "stop" there. Awakening from a dream is just that. You can't awaken more once you're up.
