how to distinguish intuition and fear?

when what feels like my intuition takes over I often second guess it and then feel slowly like it may be fear instead.

what's the difference between the two?

fear hijacks intuition always. the former is mind the latter is spirit, intuition is dangerous to a mind since it might leads to its overthrow

fear is how the mind plays life safe and intuition is reality speaking before mind has fired up
