Shilajit needs to be quality as there is allot of really bad ones out there with some nasty shit in it make sure it’s lab tested for heavy metals. I used to take a bunch of these on the list. For me i stopped because I needed to do more basic shit to improve my life. Also fish oil is a poly unsaturated fatty acid and cold water fish use as anti freeze, humans are tropical animals

what do you mean to say in the last sentence? is one better than the other for humans?

I take 150mg, 4-6 times per day. ALA has a half-life of 3-4hrs.

:S

Switch to Emeramide/OSR, way better.

See that’s the thing. That was already discussed in this thread. We know it does that and even warned against as much. No harm done though — better to be safe than sorry but considering the amount of warnings against ALA + mercury toxicity in this forum, anyone who does adequate research should be fine.

Hopefully no one is going to use ALA as a nootropic unless they’re already using it for chelation. Otherwise, they clearly were heedless and didn’t do much research.

You can read nootropicsexpert. He is as good as it gets when researching nootropics. I also recommend David's book Head First. It seems to me bible for nootropics
