Why the Ego is so powerful of an attachment

I have become Conscious that the ego is seductive. I reached a state of consciousness where I was shown how we get pulled from experiencing anger is happening to "I am angry." It's just pure seduction. All of these emotions have a sweetness in them, an alluring aspect that pulls you in. This alluring aspect feels good, justified, completely right, it feels ABSOLUTELY TRUE. This funny as hell to me. I'm like of course it had to be this way!!! How else is God going to hypnotize itself into taking things personal? It needs to seduce itself. This is so got damn funny to me. 

You are a selfless LACK OF APPEARANCE, that CONSTRUCTS AN APPEARANCE. But that appearance can disappear and reappear and we call that change, we call it time, we call it space, we call it distance, we call distinctness, we call it other. But notice...this appearance, is a SELF. A SELF IS A CONSTRUCTION!!! 

So if you want to know the TRUTH OF THE CONSTRUCTION. Just deconstruct the construction!!!! No point in playing these mind games!!! No point in creating needless complexity!!! The truth of what you are is a BLANK!!!! A selfless awareness....then that means there is NO OTHER, and everything you have ever perceived was JUST AN APPEARANCE, A MIRAGE, AN ILLUSION, IMAGINARY. 

Everything that appears....appears out of a lack of appearance/void/no-thing, non-sense (can't be sensed because there is nothing to sense). That is what you are, and what arises...is made of that. So nonexistence, arises/creates existence. And thus everything is solved.

I like that: the lure of the self. Like a siren beckoning us to the shore. And, though it's (arguably) a kind of mirage, it *feels* realer than anything else!

You got it!!!! And that siren killed those poor sailors. The shame!!!!

Don't lie to yourself, there is no way all your experiences in higher states have been "funny". Perhaps you didn't go deep enough.  I think you're trying to cope. Atleast that's how it is for me in some way or another.

I told him he just needs to start his own channel.  He would have a ton of followers.   But he acts all high and mighty like he is above it.  😀  do it @Razard86!!!

Lol I'm not high and mighty, I'm flawed, I just laugh because I see I do the same thing that everybody does just a different way. That's funny as hell to me.

What I'm hearing is that anger is done by you for a purpose. You want to feel angry (or sad, bored, any other emotion), and so arguably you want them to happen -- feel attracted or drawn to doing them. The rest of what you say sounds like nice-sounding rhetoric.

Everything any of us do is always for a purpose, the only thing is we are not always sure what the purpose is. Everything is so equally purposeful it is purposeless. Everything is so valuable, it lacks value. Everything is so meaningful its meaningless. That's why its funny!!!

That's the journey of life. Without anger and disdain your life would be over. Anger and disdain are only demonized because of survival. Anger is not inferior to happiness, and disdain is not inferior to acceptance. All value is a construct of ego.
