When I'm angry, I direct my anger toward God

When I'm angry, I direct my anger towards God

I find this to be the perfect outlet for my anger. Instead of directing my anger towards another person, I direct it towards the all powerful. I blame him for the situation that I'm in, and I blame her for making the world this way and not another way. I don't hold back because I don't mind teeing off on God, I know that he can take it. If I am angry at another human, I always hold back, I am unable to let my ego rip into them because deep down I know that they are doing the best that they can.. God is also doing the best that she can, but I don't think his feelings will get hurt if I yell at her... or maybe they do... :o

Anyways, I think that this is the perfect outlet for my anger. I believe that every tribulation and difficult time that I go through, God is putting this obstacle in front of me so that I can either successfully jump over it... or so that I can trip and fall flat on my face. I try to learn a lesson from every fall, but it can be frustrating when it feels like I've wiped out on the past seven hurdles.

God, its noting personal, I still love you.

yes it's good to let rip to really give anger the space it requires ... i have a punch-bag i use that gets to see every swear word in the book

very cathartic

Hahah I love it. I've been wanting to do something like that as well. There's something about letting out physical aggression that is a great release for frustration and anger.

And God loves you too, and maybe he loves you more because you didn't direct the anger towards the loved ones who react to your anger, God either doesn't react at all or reacts with love.
