Thoughts on black seed oil?

Bought a bottle of (good) black seed oil once here, didn‘t see any benefit

bought black seed oil capsules in istanbul and liked them, found it relaxing (could also be placebo)

bought bso capsules in my home country and again no benefit

 

it should be anti inflammatory etc

I don't buy capsules in anything. Sometimes they are made with vegetable glycerin and all kinds of stuff I don't know to be safe to ingest. I already have vices that i do and don't need the extra toxins that I can avoid. I buy Black Seed oil from reputable companies like the one i listed in the health section in liquid form.

It is very good stuff. Has a lot of benefits. You're not going to see a lot of benefits to a lot of healthy supplements if your diet and lifestyle is not up to par and are still eating a lot of junk. Supplements don't take the place of healthy eating, they supplement an already healthy eating habit. Plus, it's one of those suppliments, if taken for a while, boosts your immune system along with healthy heating. 

It's not supposed to be taken if on high blood pressure medication or blood thinners as it has blood thinning properties. Check out the brand I posted a picture of in the health section, that's a good brand.

Isn‘t this the health section, where is it?

yea i guess the brand/source is really important with supplements 

i heard nootropics depot has good bso but its pricey
