Is Organic Maple Syrup okay to use like honey?

I saw a Maple Syrup while I'm looking for authentic Honey, when I saw it is Organic I bought it to try it as a sweetener for my Cacao drink, it is super bitter ahaha.

All sweeteners need to be used sparingly organic or not. However, I do think it's better than plain old sugar (even brown sugar, which is just white sugar with molasses). I buy raw honey and maple syrup as long as it's real maple syrup. Metabolizes differently in the body than regular sugar. I use it for oatmeal or lemonade and things like that.

probably not maple syrups is created by trees and honey is made by bees, bees do something special to it

It's nearly impossible to sustain carnivore for long.

I still don't drink maple syrup, but I meant I would enjoy it.
