Love is not just when life goes your way. It’s also when you’re faced with immense conflict; you fall so hard that you convince yourself that there’s no way you’ll get back up.

You’ll curse life when this happens. However, it’s wise to also allow the pain and suffering to be there, and mindfully allow it heal past wounds. Yes, conscious healing requires facing aspects of yourself that you hate, but not resisting or rejecting it.
